With my holiday being about 5 months away, I've decided to book my ideas up and get into shape, although my current enthusiasm is 0%.
My other half is gym obsessed! So I ask him to give me a routine to work at that's going to shift that belly flab! So he set one up for me...welll I don't know if I regret it or not. He had me lifting weights and all sorts! I thought it would be a simple matter of some crunches etc but nooo im on full on workout, bench presses, the lot!
Im determined to carry on and get my bikini bod, but the bit that bugs me is that I'm the kinda person who wants to see instant results (i know it's not realistic) so I get fed up after a while!
Any tips for getting that toned stomach let me know!
